  anyone can recommend gym with boxing facilities (even a sandbag is enough).

  Waterforest, sad to say Singapore got only 2 boxing gym, one is at Bugis the other is at Kallang.

  Eh... what about the one at Farrer Park - the SABA gym? It's still up and running.
