our Fun Run at Macritchie Reservoir! Last year, we raised $19,000 to
help the dogs, cats, and small animals that come through the SPCA's
facility.
This year, Cheryl Tay, Miss Singapore Universe 2005, will be flagging
off this 4.8km half-trail, half-bitumen fun run as our guest-of-honor.
There will be prizes for the top competitive runners, as well as
lucky draw prizes for noncompetitive runners and walkers. Plus a free
Sony Music CD for all race-day attendees (while stocks last).
WHEN: Sunday, 21st August, 2005 -- registration begins at 6a.m. --
race starts at 7a.m. SHARP
WHERE: Macritchie Reservoir Park (Adam Rd entrance)
REGISTRATION FEE: $25, including a specially-designed t-shirt {while

WAYS TO REGISTER:
*download a registration form from www.spca.org.sg & mail a completed
form in with your cheque payment
*visit SPCA Reception @ 31 Mount Vernon Road from 15th July to 20th
August, 8a-4p weekdays, 10a-3:30p weekends
*visit BigO Cafe-Restaurant @ 2nd level of Wheelock Place from 15th
July to 20th August, 11:30a-7p daily
*show up on raceday itself from 6a.m. in the 2nd carpark of Macritchie
Reservoir Park (look for the white tents)
PLEDGE CARDS: For those interested in going the extra mile for the
animals, pledge cards can be signed out at the SPCA Reception Desk for
you to have friends and family help raise funds without having to
attend the race itself.
