Goal! Nice Movie! Must Watch!!

This is a nice movie for all football lovers. This show is not boring at all. Even girls who don't know much about football will also enjoy it.
I bought my 2 girlfriends to watch (of cause at different occasions). Both strongly object to watch initially (yeah, girls thought football = boring), after seeing the show, both feels that this movie is very nice and very touching.
You will get to see football star in the movie, like: Alan Shearer, Steve Carr, Jermaine Jenas, Zidane, Raul, David Beckham, Steven Gerald, Milan Baros, and etc.
My 2 girl friends are both football idiots. But they enjoy this movie very much.
PS: Yeah, I am 2 timing 2 girlfriends at the moment, the feeling is very shiok! -

If you expect lots of fancy football tricks: you will be dissapointed
If you expect the football stars speak or act a lot in this movie: you will be dissapointed
But overall, this movie is very good. It's like fairy tale story.

The last match in the movie, where Liver-poor and Newcastle were fighting for the last spot for Champions League, Steven Gerald was the nasty player who foul on the main actor, and etc. and finally Liver-poor was beaten by Newcastle for 3-2.

In the movie, the main actor is a very talented player from a very poor family (as usual), and then he went for a trail in Newcastle. But thing wasn't went well in the begining...etc...
Read from somewhere, this is the part 1 of 3. The last one, part 3 will be showing in 2006, during Germany world cup, nice timing.
Heard that part 2 he will be transferred to Read Madrid, and etc. Waiting.... -

haha watched this movie acouple of days ago
i find it quite touching, but many parts are predictable. hav to feel sorry for his skinny friendly team-mate who got his career ended :-x
anywayz, i heard that there will be 2 more sequals
the next 1 is about him going to real madrid
then the next 1 is him representing his country in the world cup -
