Do u think push-up is good for training muscular endurance?? I've tried different methods, using heavier loads with lesser reps, and lighter weights for more reps. I was told functional trainings like pushing ur own body weight is even better. Hence, i do that now. But do find even maintaining 200 pushups a day, still lost the ability to lift heavier loads after that. Ladies go for toned arms and features, and not bulks..
