keane bad mouthing at MUTV no holds barred is the final straw that led to the camel that broke its back ba.
SAF and keane not been seeing eye to eye these few years. remember how paul ince was sold to inter, same reason with keane, he needs to show who is the boss at Man U and clearly it is sir alex.
If you read sir alex bio managing my life, he said he would not criticise his players in public, only in private and he would protect his players as if they were his children, were his natural instinct.
keane criticising those players were a bit over the top. what do u think if keane were to return to the dressing room and pretend there is nothing wrong with the players he criticised? cos not, there will be ill feelings abound in the dressing room and his clout as captain would be undermined.
moral of the story here is, sir alex proves who is the boss at man u after all.
probably sir alex tolerated his captain in the 90s and early 2000s when he is still good and younger. now he is 34, always get injured, spent most of his time in the treatment room, acting like he is a big time charlie and want to get away with murder wth impunity after what he had said.
but he is being honest when he said what he said...give him credit for speaking his mind, but he paid a price for doing that, cos u never ever criticise ur team mates in public and get away wth nothing. just imagine u r the manager for a moment and then a player bad mouthing his team mates in public. what would u do as a manager? praise him for being candid and honest and let the dressing room simmering with bad blood? -
