But I am lazy to list them down though.
Fergie no doubt a legend and messiah for Man Utd, before he came, Man Utd didnt manage to win the league for 20+ years. But legend and saviour he may be, but one cannot stay forever. A new manager would provide fresher ideas.
If I am Fergie, I will certainly retire or resign from Man Utd on a high, in this way, fans will remember him for the trophies he brought instead of managing Man Utd over the cliff.

i think it's quite possible man utd can turn the tables and win something out of it. they are always full of surprise.... esp when everyone is writing them off.. remember the spurs match few seasons back? first half man utd down 3-0, second half came back won 5-3. i mean that's the nature of football, full of surprises, which is also why we love it so much..
but i definitely wont write man utd off.. although on paper chelsea is likely to win the league again this yr, but im sure there's every chance for man utd to take the fight to the end and maybe just win it by an inch. i mean u dont become such a huge club for nothing, liverpool wasnt performing well in the league yet they still won the champions league last season.. i will certainly look forward to man utd pulling off a stunt this season -

And if the Gunners manage to get the European Cup, they will be the 6th to have lifted all three Euro cups. -

hmm...i hav no idea wad wasd goin on in the glazers' minds when they buy over man utd...anyway i stressed again that their midfiled must be good...no point having gd strikers if there's no midfielders to create for them...Rooney can cr8 but he cant simply be the sole cr8tor in the team...look at successfu teams like Juve barca or even Chelsea...why are they so successful?this is becoz their midfield have ppl like lampard, robben, nedved , vieira, deco...oustanding individuals who can turn the game around...
