you want street soccer. Your area must have a field big enough and far enough from nearest block. If not, all the ball impact noise into the panel will disturb residents throughout the day.Originally posted by jamz:my neighbourhood has zero street soccer + basketball court. wait for pre election MP visiting, shoot them one time jia lat jia lat

The planners should have included a centralise sports hub right in the centre of each estate, together with police centre, town council offices, hdb centre. That way crime will be control there and vandalism will be mostly happen to these buildings and not hdb blks.
i look at other estates (at least the ones i see at Jurong/Pioneer) Can you believe it? 2 basketball courts + a mini skate park. separated by a road. On top of that, they're gonna have a sports hub (with field soccer) just 4-5 streets away.
Then i look at my own neighbourhood, they fu cking sold this big plot of land that used to be a Community Center which could house at least 3basketball courts to some FOOTBALL CLUB that ran billards, Karaoke.... it eventually closed down after awhile and it has since remained as private property.
There is NO court within 2km of my estate cept a school which of course is out of bounds
