Why people dislike Morinho?

actually mourinho and fergie are good friends..they respect each other and drink lotsa wine together..just that for the sake of his own job and man utd,fergie's selling his soul to the devil for one day..

haha yea i agree and if i rmb correctly Mourinho said sth bout he respectin Fergie...but however ppl might say that Ferguson is arrogant, did he point his finger to shut the liverpool fans?Even though Liverpool are man u's traditionally greatest rivals?Players and managers shud at least giv some respect to other clubs.And even Officials too.It's common for a manager to say that the refree made a few mistakes but Mourinho actually went to such an extent that he said he saw Anders Frisk talkin with Frank Rijkaard in the refree's room. Actually Mourinho is not as stuck up as you think-outside his football life that is.During the international fixture break in March this year when Chelsea was not playing,he went to Palestine to conduct a footie clinic and leadership/motivational workshop for Israeli and Palestinian kids.At the end of the 3 day camp,the kids' impression of the man was a very favorable one.Indeed,some of them said he is a very caring and humble person.

But not many so called soccer fans know that. I feel that Mourinho is cool, he just does what Fergie doing, and that's really pissed them off. For one, he doesn't know what magnanimous is. Failing to shake the hand of a coach for the losing team? Sheer conceit.
His typical and flambouyant outbursts at Wenger and Rijkaard. His unrepentent (illegal and wrong) comments over referee Anders Frisk that indirectly cost him his footballing career?
I guess he just enjoys admiring his own face in the mirror. -

Regarding Ranieri winning the title if he had stayed for one more season, I beg to defer. A well liked manager he is, but a manager to bring success even with a blank cheque book he is not. The moment Valencia (Spanish League Winners and UEFA cup Winners under Benitez) appointed him I knew that it will be hard for them to win the La Liga again least the UEFA cup. Indeed Valencia finished bottom of the CL group and was not even in the top 4 of La Liga come the end of the season. When Benitez left Valencia, the situation is different from when Mourinho left Porto. Following Mourinho's departure, core players from the CL winning side Deco, Cavarlho as well as Paolo Feriara lef the club as well. But for Valencia, no players left, unless for those snubbed by Ranieri. Ranieri is quite a good manager, but he doesnt have enough quality to bring a team to another level, one look at his track record(before he came to Chelsea) says it all. You just don't go saying publicly you want to win the league before Christmas, or that players are cheating, referees are dishonest, stuffs like that.
There is no doubt that Mourinho is an intelligent manager in terms of football. In fact, I think he is probably one of the better managers at player management . But however intelligent you may be, if you're an arrogant brat, it's always going to be hard getting people to like you.
Honestly, Ferguson and Wenger aren't much better themselves. Ferguson is not unfamiliar with the media bashings and clashes with other managers. Wenger, I still remember the invincible tag he labelled on his Arsenal side not long ago, only to be gunned down and lost the title that very season. Shades of arrogance coming in flashes from the Arsenal manager.
If you've been a football fan long enough, you'll realised that its usually Mourinho, Sir Alex and Wenger that land themselves in trouble with the FA, press or amongst themselves. That's ought to say something doesn't it?
Oh and btw, I seriously do feel that an unlimited transfer budget was actually a major reason behind Mourinho winning the League. If Ranieri had stayed one more season, I believed that he would have won the League too. Seriously.

if u read the papers mourinho tried to be nice to wenger durin the arse vs Chelsea match..wrote a postcard expressing his appologies but wenger refused to accept it...dono if he is actin nice or realy bein nice..i got a feelin its de latter
