Do Olympic lifting --> power cleans and power snatches
but to be able to jump a reasonable height, make sure you can squat a reasonable amount of weight first (at least 2x body weight) ... so don't neglect the normal weights training routines - back squats, front squats, split squats, etc
also ... do lots of lower body plyometrics as well
another thing that'll help a lot would be kettlebell training - eg. KB swings, snatches and push press
