  is there any 1 in EPL who can beat da mind of tis guy?..Alex Ferguson?..Arsene Wenger?..or is Jose juz using his biggest back up..money? to buy in good and strong players...please give your views..

  he won with porto but without the money.

  No Nonsense approach, lots of teamwork and spirit, sheer grit and determination, fights for his players, adept at mind games, plays the media competently...yadda yadda yadda...
  
  Has the makings of a great manager. But certainly no genius.

  so u think it was his mind tad led chelsea into their current state?..i also quite agree wit u..he has da ability 2 talk to his players and make dem play so well..i guess tis year;s EPL title is their/s again

  in professional soccer man management is very important. it is not easy to manage a team full of stars.

  I think he is genuis in man management but not in tactically. Man management his team of stars really well, protect them n be hard on them when needed. And the way he motivate him players is superb. Tactically good but not genius, tend to make funny subs when his team is down ( even thou this seldom happen) I rem the newcastle match last season, He made 3 subs during haf time n lost a left back mid way during the 2nd half, have to finish the match with 10players. And 1 thing which i m puzzle is that y joe cole seldon gets the nod even he is playing well. Only got his chance as a sub or duff n robben gets injured.

  i doubt they're that good..olisadebe couldn't make it to the nigerian national team i think..

  if that is the case bolton's sam allardyce is the best coach in the premiership. he is definitely the genius.
