For me personally, I think its probably a draw, but my heart is pinning for a Liverpool win really. Rest of EPL teams are also pinning for a liverpool win to stand a chance for the gap to be narrowed, but Chelsea will still retain the EPL title, bar a disastrous calamity of results from now to May. -

I hope Liverpool win, cos if not Chelsea gonna run wth the title yet again.

For the sake of epl, liverpool better beat chelsea.

THE DISMISSAL of Jose Reina was a harsh punishment for a stupid lunge and a weak shove to the fragile face of Arjen Robben.
But the rumpus of the red card was a flimsy fig-leaf camouflage for the truths Chelsea exposed yesterday.
One of them is that the race for the Premiership is now over. Done and dusted. Finito. It belongs to Chelsea again.
Another is that when it comes to the ultimate tests that domestic football presents, Liverpool do not yet have what it takes to triumph.
Rafa Benitez has done a brilliant job at Anfield. Liverpool are close and getting closer. But they are not there yet.
In the space of a fortnight, Steven Gerrard and his team have now lost to both Manchester United and Chelsea.
At Old Trafford, Liverpool were supposed to underline United's decline and leapfrog them in the pursuit of the league leaders.
It didn't happen.
Yesterday, their admirers could feel it in their water again: Liverpool were going to put a dent in Chelsea's Grand Canyon chasm of a lead over the chasing pack.
It didn't happen.
For all their ongoing heroics in the Champions League, Liverpool are not yet quite good enough or consistent enough to challenge for the top domestic honour.
If Benitez buys another top-rank forward in the summer, maybe that will change.
But for the moment, Liverpool lack firepower in attack. Peter Crouch is better than most ever gave him credit for, but he will not score the goals to bring Benitez the title.
Crouch is a support striker. He is not an assassin like Ruud van Nistelrooy, Michael Owen or Hernan Crespo.
Benitez knows that he is lacking in attack. Which is why there is often a cautious look about his team selection.
When it comes to the crunch, he does not trust Djibril Cisse - and Cisse's utter ineffectuality against United proved his point. It was the same scenario yesterday. Liverpool had the better of the play in the first half. Their midfield looked the more accomplished of the two.
But they never placed Petr Cech under serious pressure. There was no-one to deliver the knockout blow.
A couple of times, the ball squirted across the face of the Chelsea goal, begging for a final touch. There was no-one to apply it.
If Liverpool had Crespo, whose goal yesterday was one of the sweetest strikes of the season so far, they would not be 21 points behind Chelsea this morning.
They would be breathing down their necks. "It is true that we need to score more goals because we are creating chances," Benitez said. Much of the post-match discussion centred on Robben's exaggerated reaction to Reina's attempt to do something which looked more like tickling his ear than punching him on the nose.
But when Jose Mourinho was told about Benitez's sarcastic comments about having to rush to the hospital to see Robben, his response was measured.
He mentioned all the things he would rather talk about.
The fact that yesterday marked Chelsea's 50th Premiership win since the start of last season.
The fact that Chelsea have now played Liverpool nine times under him and lost once.
The fact that a chip by Crespo which would have been one of the goals of the season was wrongly disallowed for offside.
He was right on every count. Chelsea's record under him is phenomenal.
Liverpool are not ready to steal Chelsea's title away quite yet.
All they could do yesterday was crown them kings again. -

Robben is not the only one who likes to play act. Play acting is getting more common in the world of football and it is bad for the game.
