I beg to differ, with great players managing becomes easier, but one cannot say they no need to be managed or simply put whaever tactics (which is equal to no need to manage them). Maybe against weaker opponents the tactics doesnt count for alot, but you must remember great teams have to meet other great teams as well. When strong teams battle it out against each other, luck, players and tactics all come into play.
