Kenyon: Chelsea want to be world's No1 by 2014

Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon has revealed the club's ambition to be "recognised as the world's number one club" within the next eight years.
The Barclays Premiership champions have announced a unique link-up with AEG, one of the major forces in North American soccer.
With Chelsea set to have a presence in America, Kenyon also wants the club to have a global following.
Kenyon said in the Daily Telegraph: "Chelsea's vision is by 2014 to become internationally recognised as the world's number one football club. We intend to meet it."

wait long long la....these days,chelsea supporters r still minority...compared to manutd arsenal n pool fans....n i see though they have $$$$,world class players oso dun have any intention to come....ROnaldinho is a gd EG.

But then again, Kenyon.. in this instance, wants the Chelsea BRAND a commercial success. The sponsorhips, the revenues.... the selling of more jerseys. But football is more than that. -

i won't trust Kenyon... heck.. i don't think his mom trusts him.. he's been at the biggest double-crosses in EPL history
anyway, if Chelsea wants to be no.1, they'd have to find some way to get away from the money-trap they dug themselves into.. Abramovic, rich as his is, has a limit to his cash...
today, they tried to play clean...
and showed how bland they are...

when he was still at manutd,i once read a interview with him in the mantd magazine,he claimed that he was a manutd fan....so...u see...
