Ronaldo has told Real Madrid president Fernando Martin he'll stay next season - if the club sells Raul.
DiarioSport says the rift between the pair is as wide as ever and the Brazilian is using his recent good form to make the stunning demand.
Ronaldo has held two meetings with Real president Fernando Martin in recent days and sources close to the player say he's informed the club supremo he'll stay - but only if Raul is sold.
Well I rather have Raul as he been real madrid captain and all time top champions league scorer and ronaldo has not been that good anyway I would rather choose raul over him -
The president will most probably choose Raul since hes the talisman of the club and the fans would prefer Raul over Ronaldo

RAUL IS GETTING WORSE AND I DUN REALLY SEE HIM IN THE GOAL SECTION -

Raul !! I dun see him contribute anything to the club now, except selling shirt. If given a choice i will sell both.

Sad to say but Real Madrid is a club in deep trouble.
Old and ageing stars..who are unable to perform week in week out.
I feel sad looking at them.

I think why not sell them both off and bring in more prolific strikers like Fernando Torres.
Raul has been ineffective and I dun see him recovering as his peak is approaching its end.
Ronaldo is good but whichever club he is at he seems to get into some sort of trouble. I think hes too greedy.
So if ever Real are going to get a title, get some new faces and let hte old regime be gone. -

Raul offers far more all round qualities: vision, attacking play, scoring goals and even helping out in defence.
Ronaldo doesn't know HOW TO DEFEND and is frequently isolated up front when the supply lines are stifled. He's overweight and lacks committment with clubs, especially the way he walked out on Inter after the club literally paid for all his medical bills and his wages even during his long injury crisis.
This is one brazilian Real can do without. -

i still tink dey shld hav long ago sold ronaldo to make space for the then michael owen who was still at the club..........
he might be the top scorer for the 2002 world cup but if i were the president of any club he wouldnt be on my list........juz feel dat he isnt committed to football and in terms of skill and all rounded capability, yes, he might be good in scoring goals but as compared to raul i would rather choose raul..........
