i doubt they can finish fourth after the draw against portsmouth. they are now 4 points behind.
spurs look more consistent.
i dont think arsenal will win the CL, though i hope they do.
my bet is still on milan. -

Thierry Henry will leave at the end of the season.
they will beat Villareal but lose in the finals.

1)Still got chance but remote...its hard to play 2 games a week and try to keep up with spurs who are focused on the league and play a game per week
2)Still a gd chance.Think they would make alot of money by just winning the semi and the finals as compared to qualifying for next season and getting knocked out at grp stages.They should go all out for the remaining 3 CPL games
3)Not being in CPL is not the end of the road...the team is young and is in transition and if they can only get to UEFA cup, think wenger should just throw in the youngsters for europe each week and focus on winning epl again... bad thing is henry might leave then... alot of youth in all department..but think we need some experience in the middle and a understudy keeper... wat u guys think[/b] -
tis is the worst season arsenal has tis season, landing up in position other than top 2.
somehow i feel selling of vieira was a high price to pay.
the only achievement arsenal had was to qualify UCL tis far. i guess anything less den a UCL cup will considered a failure tis season.
i hope they will do well next coming season. -
saw the game against west brom... wat we were badly missing was leadership...
think we started off strongly and kinda got stale when the initial breakthru was not made... it seems to me like they can do realli well and score goals if they believed in themselves like the last 15 mins...but slacken or give up easily if can't penetrate after like 15-20mins and concede on counter attack.. this is not just based on yesterday game... and the biggest culprit is our moody captain who starts looking fed up and impatient when some players make mistake
sadly,in our crop of "experienced" players, i dun see anyone who can be better captain as well...sian... hope ppl like toure or even eboue get a chance sometime as these guys seem to have a cool head and keep trying the entire 90 mins and something the attackers can follow -

even as Henry said the bergkamp is the best partner.

What I see now is a new set of players prepare for the new stadium.
A team of young unknown and yet telanted players, like the 90's Man utd/Ajax team. Result speak for themself, the performance say it all. Attractive and entertaining to watch, a kind of total football plus imagination, a free flowing soccer. -

From the way, they played, Narcelona looked more coordinated. Slim but still got chance.

Yes, considering they still have to play Bolton and West Ham. And considering they are having a injury crisis.

The possibility is greater than what people think. Barca has a good attack but a weak defense. Milan have aging players.
The odds are still against us but I think it's better than slim. And stupid New Paper needs to be burned, Arsenal dominated those yellow divers and did much better than what they think. And Gliberto pwned Riquelme the whole night.

Nikola Zigic;, big, strong in the air, VERY GOOD FINISHER (*cough* unlike Adebayor *cough*) and good passer, while have a respectable pace. He could take over from Henry.
Morten Gamst Pedersen, good passer, decent set piece taker. Works hard, unlike Reyes.
Someone to take over from Gliberto. M Diarra, L Diarra or Zokora. Anyone but another attacking midfielder (*cough* Yaya Toure *cough*)
Someone to take over from Lehmann. He did very well this season but god knows whether he will do equally well next season. He isn't young anyway.
But most importantly of all, ANYONE BUT TORRES.

Yes.Provided Wenger plays Gilberto, Henry and Toure tmrw.Rotation can be carried out to rest them for Villareal around the 60 min mark.
I'd got for a midfield of
Hleb-Gilberto-Fabregas-Van Persie-Reyes
Henry
Van Persie can interchange with Fabregas in the "hole" and Reyes will provide the pace required for stretching Spurs. After the 60 min mark, take off Hleb and bring on Adebayor, push Van Persie to the RM role, making it 4-4-2.Then replace Fabregas with Diaby and Pires for Gilberto.

Henry will stay.Wenger will probably buy Torres, a midfielder(van der vaart is a good, cheap choice) and a goalkeeper.I hope he goes for either Landreau or Hildebrand. -

Very sad...they never beat spur.. -
They should start to look for a goalkeeper. I think Sebastian Frey of Parma(currently on loan to Fiorentina) is a good choice. A striker like Torres will also be good, considering that they should start 2 prepare for life without Henry, even if he is probably not leaving next season.
