Looking for Soccer Players West Area(Defenders and Gks Only)

Hi, my team needs 2 to 3 defenders and 1 gk. We are playing around bukit batok. Our team is from 17 to 24. So the requirement is these
1)Must be able to travel to bukit batok regularly on saturdays morning 9am '
So far we have a couple of guys from east one, but they have car so they are ok with the distance.
2)Only defenders and gk need apply
We have enough strikers and midfielders.
3)Must be at least 16 but not older than 26
4)Must be able to be committed to the team and attend practice matches and friendly matches regularly on saturdays morings and sometimes sundays mornings. Once a week at most.

Its hard to find a gk that is born and bred. Some just play GK because they used to plsay basketball so their ball catching skills is ok. But they lack in other areas like taking goalkick, diving, controlling the back line etc.
GK is the most tough position to play. I know it too well liao. Ask lionel lewis (sp?). -
Defenders also can score mah( set pieces, wing attacks), think most of the player tot they only can attack. I dun mean my team can do as well as yours and i dun have a full whole squad to challenge yours. And if u are selling casual soccer, ur team can 100% win mine (if i have formed) ?

we usually play at taman jurong next to the bowling(u guys noe where?)
the organiser there will arrange pitch n ref for us.. we just have to be there playing n pay up after the match..

i don't see where he says that you're lousy.
i really suggest you read that line again and understand it from a direct point of view.
you want to know what this line says? it says "if you don't want to play competitive football, feel free to join us for a kickaround"

I was like posing to him how he get the team to play when his teammates all like that. It was not like critisizing, abit like asking him... If i say my team can play from gk to fw, u wun have ani questions?

now, put that aside.
not all people want to excel in football. there are people who just want to play. and that's where the serious footballers and casual footballers tend to draw a line. and that is how a team is split.
the serious footballers are fed up that the casual footballers are just playing 'for fun'.
what www is promoting in his team is 'for fun'. so, if serious is the way to go for you then it isn't an option for you unless you feel like kicking the ball around. -
