Dakar...do u noe dat by not exercising 3 times a week...u hav higher chances of getting heart attack??DO u noe dat if u smell too much sulphur dioxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen dioxide...etc...u hav higher chances of getting brain damage??Do u noe dat looking at the computer screen wif the computer on kills hundreds of brain cells?DO u noe dat dyeing ur hair causes damges in teh scalp n increases chances in cancer?? -
Just one question:
WHAT'S SO GREAT ABOUT SMOKING ANYWAY?
given all the health consequences, restrictions social stigma and cost, the choice to pick up smoking is more or less a statement, political/personal or just peer influence.
Those friends of mine who have picked up smoking seem to be doing it to fit into certain groups and their 'image', which i personally feel is quite sad. i could be wrong, but thats how it seems to me.
those friends of mine probably think they are quite cool and enjoying it.
Also, contracting cancer is an extremely distressing and painful process, not only for urself, but also for ur family and friends (personal experience). There are more merciful ways to die, hence i dun see the need to increase the chance of cancer.
