what is the operating hours of the stadium?

  dear all
  
  I would like to ask if anyone have any idea what time the stadium lights at Woodlands and Yishun stadium usually closes?
  
  coz my fren and I going down for jogging in the evening soon.
  Juz to make sure its open.
  
  I know sometimes is used for soccer matches.
  
  can anyone advice on this or any number I can call to check?
