I think Benitez prepared his team well where penalties were concerned. Also, Chelsea missed two good penalty takers in Sheva and Ballack. And a penalty shootout away from home? Where soccer results are concerned, no one will know till the match is played. That is football afterall.
However, whether Liverpool win or lose, I don't forsee that last part happening. It has happened to Chelsea because of the behaviour of one or two infamous disgrace of Chelsea fans who have taunted and provoked the other fans. They dissed the Man U fans, although they went extreme and overboard, at least can easily see why. But they even dissed the Arsenal section and now the Liverpool section.
I do forsee how goading can happen if Liverpool lose, that would be when the clonemaster comes in and turns his attention to Liverpool. We've all seen how extreme he can be where Man U is concerned, so if he is now turning his attention to Liverpool for the UCL final, then that might just happen. -
