Runners - Marathon

  Anyone interested in training for the Marathon together ? I stay in Bishan and run and cycle around Bishan,Upper Thomson and MacrRichite areas on most night and morning on weekends.

  Well , i don't do tri at the moment but i am doing cycling to cross train and i will like to attempt the a Ironman but my form is way way off. I trying to finish Standard Chart. Marathon in December 02

  Juz starting Running again, My knees and legs hurt. Did't do to well for the Marathon but manage to finish.
