I m a Man Utd fan but i truely believe that liverpool need to sell away quite alot of their players like Heskey, Diouf, Diao, Smicer and get better players to replace them but the question is will anyone wanna buy the unwanted players i list... And also they need to play Baros which i think he be a bigger hit then Owen and the team should stop playing with two DMC...

Where got 2 DMC, Hamann and Diao only mah and they dun play together. Gerrald is more of a offensive player...

yep, i tink that baros should be played more...he looked lively most of the times when he was called into action...
maybe GH should stop playing traore on the left flank...he doesnt look good there, though he did reasonably well center back when henchoz was out....riise riise...
and...their style of play is simply.....too narrow...
macca is doing great at real madrid now, wish dat he is back at liverpool...

Diouf may not be as impressive now as compared to him in the world cup... but he is quite a good dribbler...maybe he hasn't adopt to the english game yet.... give him more time and i am sure he would make a impact next season....
GH should change his tatics more often like against Sunderland.... all of us knows that sunderland sucks.... only know how to defend .... GH should play three strikers and field Diao instead of Hamann.... Hopefullly.... all things turns well for them.... -
Saying about Fowler.... i would say he is a skillful striker in attack but not a very impressive when defending... GH sold him at the correct time. But he should not have sold Thompson as i find that he is quite a good future prospect....[/code]

Heskey should be sold once the transfer market opens in January.... I think he may be a good defender but a bad striker...
I think this year will be a 4 horse race Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea and Pool will be going down the wire.... Hopefully Chelsea wins it.... and then nobody will complain.... -

I am new to this forum. Have been a Pool supporter for more than a decade... Pool has seen better years. my 2 cents worth:
When Pool won the treble recently, we thought that good things will come soon... but with that style of play and the good fortune we had that year, how far can we go?
And it is showing now... Fowler is smart to go cos the current style of play is really difficult to score goals. I bet if even if we have Ronaldo in our team, we cannot score to win matches...
I still harbour hopes that Liverpool will go back to days when we play attractive passing and inventive football. Not pumping long balls over our midfields for Owen to chase....
Proposed solution: Move Houlier upstairs to be 'director of football', bring in a new manager (not British Manager pls!) Buy more players with more width, invention and left footed ones.
