I was trained in floor, vault and beam. When I was alot younger tho. Now I'm an old hag, but I haven't lost guts to throw my self around. I'd really like to get back at it, seriously. But I can't find the right place. I heard the sports council organises Learn to Play Gym thing, but then it's for 4- 16 yrs olds!! And I'm a few years off that range

What do you reckon I should do?
