  creatine is a supplement to restore atp in the body..
  In layman terms, creatine is a supplement taken to increase cell voluminizing by allowing it to retain more water...
  Creatine is taken when strength training is needed, however u need to load it to achive faster results and it needs to be consume with simple sugars usually post workout to achieve full usuage..
  Creatine by itself nowadays is readily available but consuming it in the right proportion with sugar and stacking it with other supplements is a tricky matter
