how much does the predator boots cost? and whr can i get the best bargain?? thanzOriginally posted by kopiosatu:of all the boots i've worn so far, i like my predator the best...
previously i had mizuno, nike, lotto and a brand i got from UK (it had the 'blades' as studs, quite advanced at that time, now its normal), then when i had my first NS allowance, i thought i'd just splash it on a new pair of boots... hence i got my adidas predator. My previous boot, nike tiempo tore...
predator is not bad, slightly heavier, but u get more spin. once my predator wears off i think i'll get another pair. hahaha and i told myself when i bought the previous pair, i'd never get another one, coz its a one time thing (just to pamper myself a little)
but last time during my sec sch days, Uhlsport had the lightest friggin boots man...
thot of buyin a pair for my hubby's bday cuz his is quite old liao. So looks like can't give him a surprise liao..Originally posted by sillyme:peninsula or queensway sells boots at a good price...
actually 'good' boots depends on your feet shape and playing style.. so u really gotta try it on to feel whether it's suitable for you...
sure u can... if he likes his old boots... buy him the new one that is similar brand, if possible, same model...Originally posted by skinnybeanie:thot of buyin a pair for my hubby's bday cuz his is quite old liao. So looks like can't give him a surprise liao..
but quite boring rite, to wear the same boots when there are newer and better models out there. Sigh, maybe get him to choose it himself then compensate the "no surprise" with a surprise dinner..Originally posted by sillyme:sure u can... if he likes his old boots... buy him the new one that is similar brand, if possible, same model...![]()

not sure what your hubby is wearing.. but maybe for the same pair, there should be newer version.. maybe u can bring that pair down to the shop and ask the shop salesperson to see if there's a newer model for it... also, then you won't buy the wrong sizeOriginally posted by skinnybeanie:but quite boring rite, to wear the same boots when there are newer and better models out there.
