IMO, I've read conflicting views on whether hitting weights first then cardio or vice versa causes one to gain mass or get lean.
2 schools of thought:
1. Goin cardio first, then doing weights will aid in more muscle growth; goin weights first, then cardio later will cause one to get leaner
2. Hitting weights first then cardio will imrpove muscle growth; vice versa will get one lean
Dunno which to believe since i've done both and i'm very much still the same......

But I believe whichever method of workout chosen, one cannot neglect the food, since we are what we eat. So if the goal is to get big, then pile on the proteins and calories. If its to slim down, then start countin the calories
