losing weight starts with committment....

if u wanna lose weight and kip fit...u must b committed like for example going jogging everyday after work or sch even if u are spent

not to discourage u...if u cant follow ur plan religously, mmm then i think even if u buy all those product to eat and then not excersie..it equals to waste of $..
bottom line is...yea GNC stuff works (thats wht i see and hear) but there is no quick way to get fit
