Speaking of keepers.. why dun we discuss abt current england no.1 s and who should rightly claim the number 1 gloves ?
David james - NEver goin to be 1 ... but i dun noe who in the 1st place put him in there... maybe his past reputation has put himself on back foot... but u haf to say that he dun not make that much clangers during his international days... but he is always goin to be a time-bomb , waiting to "drop" bombs on his own team ..

Paul Robinson - Had a solid start to his england career... for now , he should hold on to his no. 1 .. but when it comes to claiming crosses , he is nt that comfortable with it.. opts to punch the ball .. which never brings confidence to the defence...
Chris Kirkland - This guy has always been touted as a future england no.1 .. now is the time for him to stake his claim... but whenever i watch him play 4 liverpool , he seems like a bag of nerves... he might have lightning quick reflexes and a huge frame , but his positioning is always suspectful.. and not to forget his dodgy record with injuries...
Robert Green - Another top reflexes keeper but never comfortable when it comes to claiming crosses...
I think that is it for England keepers
