Is there specific exercises that can be done to strengthen the ankles, elbows, wrists and back? I got injury before at my ankles and elbows and haven't fully recovered since then.

Go to Gym and request assistance from a trainer, he will guide you which equipment to train to strengthen that part of the muscle.
