Running, should focus on Speed. Interval training very crucial.
Yoga, learn to focus and stretching.
Also got chance must go Korea for training stint. Though i have not been there, heard so much about it from those who went. I also know of a few koreans, their thighs...even for chio bu..OMG.....kana hit by the Back thrust...lagi painful....![]()
