NO. Don't you understand the meaning of Developer's Version? Its probably password protected and only for developers.
EDIT : Removed 'scolding', later scolded by mods.

It's not a developer's version. It's a pre-release, even I have it. Here : http://cid-485a7d737b866af7.office.live.com/browse.aspx/North-South Line for openBVE/North South Line 0.95.20100622 Pre-release
[EDIT] @MilesTailsPrower It is a question. And leave the moderating to the moderators. Bngauw almost got scolded by the moderators because he was *trying* to moderate this kinds of situation. You may get scolded too.

As a matter of fact, you don't have to ask them. You just need to Record Your OWN Buzzer, convert the file into a .wav format, and name it klaxon2. But just remember to leave a spacing. If not the buzzer will sound horrible playing over and over. -

Different train cars have different lengths , so you have to figure out yourself.

Use ObjectViewer. On the upper portion of the screen you should see this :
Position : 3.20, -12.20, 101.12 (EXAMPLE)
Move the camera accordingly. Then if you see the spot, you need to edit the .animated file to change it.

Is your OpenBVE Version 1.2.10? If it is...maybe you are playing trains meant for BVE 2/4.
