  They don't scrub it off, they just paste a new layer ontop of it.

  The head maybe. But the graffiti was clearly scrubbed off. There's still pink spots.

  Well, I think what he saw was the money train.The money train is running in a 4-car format.There are 66 sets of C151.

  And there is also a 4-car money train.The Money Train was used to collect money from each station last time.Until all 66 sets of C151 were Refurbished,the Money train dissapeared.Apparently It was sold to SCDF for training purposes.
