  It's just Google Chrome, with Rockmelt plugin, and the browser is RockMelt. The plugin allows you to see your Facebook, Twitter or Plurk or any social networking site what is your status and if your "favourited" friends are online.

  @jerryonhere How did you know about RockMelt? If you ask me, I was randomly searching for a new browser because I was sick of IE9.
