Played on the stations. I did not put one such on the trains since I am not a train developer, and if I were to be one, I would rather put the Eating / Drinking, the special ti to ti to like crowded stations or DNBs, and the track incursion delay announcement etc.
Oh that, stations ah, I did it once at Bishan, but then, the thing's changed to "Not for boarding" that one, since the train terminates there and no one is supposed to enter the train and mind the gap.

Apart of trying to record one in Toa Payoh late night, I suggest you can take Outram Park's LTE for that. Change to Bishan, obviously.

Ah, this, I don't have the time, June holidays maybe. I have one, but it's in crappy above ground quality.

Haha, C715B. And no, that's not a fact, all trains have this announcement stopper thingy, which the TO can activate or deactivate anytime, if the TO doesn't deactivate when the doors opened, the announcement repeats indefinetely.

Great example is the C830.

C830 has no one to manually stop the announcement. Once at Bras Basah, it stoned there for 25seconds before the doors closing announcement plays, about 15 seconds after the doors opened, the announcement played again.

I think CCL trains stone usually is because of signal problems. Anyway the auto-message will display on the VPIS. "There is a delay in departure. We appreciate your patience."

There's no delay, the train is just faster than the planned time, LOL!

This usually happens when the train enters the station and then the announcements were played late, I too experienced this also before, it went "Chime" Jurong East Interchange, This Train Service Terminates at this station, Passengers Who are Continuning their Journey Towards The City, Pasir Ris Or Changi Airport Please Proceed to Platform A On the Left, Passengers who are continuning their Journey towards Joo Koon, Please Proceed To Platform B on the right... Juro.... Doors Opened by then. And the crossover announcements have been brought forward maybe because people didnt know there was a VIOLENT Crossover and then ended up hitting their heads... So they played it near the crossovers.

i like being random
I am not sure if this post is suitable / correct at here or not, but my question is this:
It is getting to my attention that there are more aspiring new potential developers coming in, and while it is a good sign, even though some of them are doing "fictional route", while others are co-developing a real world route, I wonder, if it possible to have openBVE camp for the "newbies" to teach them, on top of some "dry" tutorials and some of them simply need more time to understand all these logic.
I agree.
Me too!
