  I need developers for the default but unfortunately failed train on Harbourvale Line, the C100A.

  I only need the Panel.cfg, Extensions.cfg and train.dat files. I will try doing the rest...

  Hmm... The C100A was never failed, it's just that I'm still tweaking some stuff. Due to tunnels being too large, I need to adjust the width of the train, to allow the tunnel to be resized.

  And the C100A has new specifications, so yeah. :)
