  gym. think i pushed myself too hard.

  all i know is it hurts like shit now, and i'm praying it's just a really bad ache, not a muscle tear or serious injury

  i thought the thigh adductor exercises would be chicken feet cuz i bike regularly..

  yes, it felt like chicken feet. did around 43kg adduction easily, no problems at all. but now it hurts like shit.
