  very hard... not impossible... convert a room into those "sleeping pod" hotel type from japan...

  ehh... in CGH and SGH, everyone sleeps on the chair in the staff lounge... and they do have sleeping room on every level but only for the docs on standby...

  then that's different.. 'cos their jobs require them to standby 24 hrs.. so they need those sleeping rooms for a short nap.
