Newborn baby girl found abandoned

SINGAPORE: Police are appealing for information on a newborn baby girl found abandoned outside a unit at Block 824, Woodlands Street 83 on August 31.
The baby was found clad in pink overalls and wrapped in purple and white blankets.
The police said a "Mothercare" plastic bag containing some baby-care items, such as milk powder and diapers, was also found.
The baby has been sent to the KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
Anyone with information can call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000.

i believe u can adopt the baby,but now the case is still under investigation and this can take up alot of time. Have you chk out the adoption procedure? -
