It is not her fault, and she was trying to get away from them. Even though someone dresses skimpily, it's not a license for you to molest him/her. It's a beach party so it's acceptable dress. How would you like it if I pinched your nipples while you're topless at the beach?

Taking this at face value, I can't help but notice that perpertrators of such acts during partying sessions are usually foreigners. (I'm not sure about those dark-skinned dudes, can't tell) But there used to be a foam-spraying cum molesting session at Orchard Road by our dear foreign workers, no?
