  Fengshan Food centre stops using 7 ceiling fans after one fell on a couple

  Fengshan Food Centre at Bedok North has stopped using seven ceiling fans.

  This after a ceiling fan dropped on a couple having lunch on Wednesday afternoon. 
  
  The couple sustained head injuries. 
  
  Immediately after the incident, the town council checked all the ceiling fans in the hawker centre. 
  
  Seven are believed to be faulty. 
  
  Our newsteam also understands over at some food centres, hawkers have requested for wall instead of ceiling fans during upgrading.

  Now i have my worries about Bedok Interchange and Bedok Hawker Centre, its in a deplorable state. Wonder when the ceiling and fans drop. =X
