They do not show their working permits at the checkpoint and will instead bring their passport to prove that they are from China, Bangladesh or Phillippines as a tourist.
Unless you are saying you bar everyone from China, Bangladesh or Phillippines.
I dont think they will ban them from entering...afterall...if they have cash...
they need to scan their IC or passport, database can track their status
