Actually it makes more sense to use SAF resources? Its really the only organisation large enough with enough manpower and resources to pull this off.
if it's not SAF to do then who has e resources to plan and execute the whole programme?
in fact during peacetime, SAF ought to help e nation in org all these big events. But another pov is the lowly paid NSF.
Seems that SAF is only helping to organise the event, less on manpower side.
