School girls ride electric bike with no helmet & no licence

Two secondary school girls clad in uniform were seen riding an electric bike on the extreme right lane without a licence.
They were also endangering their lives by riding without wearing helmets.
From the pictures sent in by STOMPer busybody, it can be seen that the girls are clearly underaged to possess a valid licence.
STOMPer busybody says:
"These sec school girls are obviously not aware of traffic rules and are putting themselves and other road users in danger by riding an electric bike on the right hand lane.
"They are not even wearing helmets." -

Sorry lor i seen alot of electical bike with no licence one ok . In fact unlicenced one can go faster lor maybe from 40kmh onwards ? No licence needed to ride them lor its only for LTA approval to bring the bike in only . Whereas licence ones can only go up to 30lmh freaking slow lor , defeat purpose of having an electric bike . If me i also will try to ride one to go everywhere i can without helmet . Really why blow such a big issue ? You jealouse you don't have they have issit ? By the way that type of bike cost ard 1k lor .
