With the appointment of Elena Kagan, 4 of the 9 Supreme Court judges will be Jews.
That's 44.4% for a minority group consisting of less than 2% of the population.
There will be no White Protestants, clearly it do not represent the 83% of Americans who are Christians.
Many
people have remarked on Kagan's unfitness for the job. Not only has she
never been a judge; she hasn't even been an attorney!
