Man charged with rape

A 45-year-old surveyor was charged with raping a then 13-year-old girl and having oral sex with her older sister.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the victims' identities, allegedly raped the girl on four occassions in a flat in 2002.
The fifth charge accuses him of performing oral sex on the girl's 17-year-old sister on a day in February 2008.
He was remanded at Complex Medical Centre for psychiatric assessment, and is due back in court on June 28.
