  Else how come got new rank to control e promo flow?

  got 1 improvement in admin process also can get award.

  It's CMPB going paperless w/ medical referral for pre-enlistee..

  tsk tsk, everyone has gone paperless eons ago.. It's only MINDEF tat's so inefficient.

  I hate unit night snack too. BMT night snack better than unit one. Unit one not nice to eat one.

  I only know unit night snack got these few forms:

  1) bread with some kind of unidentified filling

  2) Packaged buns in assorted flavours

  3) Pineapple cake (the one in ultra small packaging)

  Luckily the canteen is opened till 9 for my reservist unit.
