STOMPer Frankie is upset that the
workers refused to give them their window panels back after they had
removed them. They were also told that if they want to keep the window
panels, they will have to tear the panels down themselves.

"The workers working on the windows at Block 456
all the way to Block 460 in Ang Mo Kio have told the residents that if
they want their window panels back, they would have to tear them down

"They claimed that the window panels belong to them
and they will not return even when asked.
"We've checked with the
relevant authorities on this issue and they said that the window panels
actually belong to the residents and should be given back to them upon
request.
"However, it seems that the workers would not follow
instructions, even after we informed them on what the authorities had
said.
"Every morning, without fail, I will see residents climbing
onto their windows, trying to tear down the panels without any safety
gear.
"The workers will look at them at the side.
"This is
so dangerous, what if the residents fall?
"After the residents
have removed the parts they wanted, they asked the workers to tear down
the remaining parts of the panels but they declined to do so, saying
that it is not their job.
"Aren't the workers supposed to
maintain work safety and prevent residents from entering their work
zone?"
