  They should have made the sign apply to everyone instead of just highlighting s'poreans and prs.

  that being said, we are terrible/sloppy dressers. Just look at the people around you sia.

  wow when i was in Vegas the waitress and some dealers uniform actually wear lesser clothing than the dress code.....

  some casino actually have card dealers wearing bikini....

  What was funny i asked them if it was a dilemma that they wear bikini in acond environment and after work they go out the building wearing clothes in 105F degree weather.

  ............see the trick is they want the players to focus on the boobs instead of the game....and the dealer can look at our cards.....Cool....!

  Its their way of saying citizens and PRs are not welcomed even if you're a high roller but dress like crap.
