A YOUNG lady was spotted sunbathing in her bikini atop a multi-storey carpark near a HDB block.
The eagle-eyed resident who saw her felt that she was a distraction to residents, not to mention endangering her life by lying right in the middle of a carpark.
The pictures were sent in to citizen journalism website STOMP and created quite a stir, with most netizens in favour of the girl's brazen antics.
One STOMPer said, 'Singapore is short of space. Nothing wrong with having a sun tan. In European countries people do it in the town squares and public parks.'
