Man sexually assaulted 12-year-old girl

A man pleaded guilty this morning to two charges of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl.
A district court heard that Muhammad Saifulddin Abu Samad, 18, got to know the minor through the social networking website, Friendster, in August 2009.
He wooed the girl over SMS and got her to be his girlfriend.
She cannot be named because of a court order.
Before they even met, Muhammad Saifulddin asked the victim to have sex with him but she refused.
One month later, the then-ITE student arranged to meet the victim near her home.
The pair went to a staircase landing and started kissing and petting.
The following month, they again went to a staircase landing at her block where he asked her to perform fellatio on him.
When she refused, he raised his voice and got her to perform oral sex on him.
A district court has ordered for probation and reformative training reports on him as he was only seventeen when he committed the offences.
He will be sentenced next month.-- 938Live
