I have work with many pinoy in my line , 90 % of them have the live and lets live attitude or bochap they are more interested in boy girl thingy than work, their work is most of the time half past six and unable to deliver their task, and mind you the pple i am talking about are engineers or nurse with 2 to 3 k pay ....with this kind of standard shown from their exported talent... i wont be surprised the performance of their police team that night.
I rekcon their SWAT member are poorly paid less than $500 SGD per month with these kind of pay will you risk your life ? Also look at the equipment they use long barrel vietnam war era M16 , it clear they are ill equip and poorly trained , with the corrupt structure any fund for training or equipment are probably siphoned by their top guys.. more than 20 yrs ago my cousin who was in air force was in pinoy land for training . he said the pinoy figther pilot has no chance to take his plane to the skies for training because they lacked fund cant afford the fuel the parts and maintenance required , in the event of the war , it could be the first few flight the pilot have taken in his plane , do you think he can win the fight ?

Apparently, the 2nd shot had already taken down the gunman, and is evident he was slumped at the door already, but snipers were still shooting into the bus.

They seriously have no respect for the solemn event that have taken place. It might be common in their own country, but to the Chinese it is not. Even the people with authority have stepped out of the line and showed disrespect. Hope the victims haunt these people who are smiling at their murdered site!

Hello. Please don't use me as a scapegoat to spark a religion war here.
Maybe the country is so poor that they can't afford internet to see how the world is laughing and criticizing their way of handling things. It doesn't help that the Filipinos I know here does not give me a good impression on quality of job, other than that they can speak better english compared to other foreigners. hais.

Their posture to strike looks good. Maybe they keep glancing at how they look like on tv, and adjust themselves rather than use their brain on how to think to save these people! I can't wait to hear the accounts of those survivors. Then maybe we can really know
1) Has any victims died due to the exchange of shots from the police?
2) Did the gun man mention anything about letting them off if his request is receded?
3) What was the gun man behavior and aggression like?
4) What time did the first/ first two victims died?
